New leaders need to take on so many new skills when they start their role. It can all be quite daunting. We believe that a smattering of what makes a good leader, with a finely balanced understanding of some techniques for leadership (and management) and a little drop of 'Leadership Styles' will do the trick to get them started.

An day long workshop which covers the main topics of inclusive leadership and basic management.
This runs as an online or face-to-face course for a specific company. It is packed full of exercises and group work (both online or face to face).
Typically, this course lasts a day, but it can be modified with regard to content and length.
