TECTRE: Passionate About Diversity

Nurturing your vision of inclusivity

Actionable planning for change

Having an expert by your side as you build and implement your plan is both impactful and reassuring especially when things get challenging or difficult.

We offer our consultancy services to support organisations as they take a closer more honest look at themselves and help them discover untapped potential and opportunity.

We can help you audit where you are now, develop and craft your own strategy, get buy-in and guide you as you create an environment where culture change is embraced and welcomed.

Diversity Consultancy

We'll understand your vision for inclusion and diversity and help  you to gain buy-in from the senior leadership teams. We will then walk with you as you build on your plan.

Training programmes

Based on your plan for ED&I, the Tectre team can support the definition of a training plan around BIAS, Culture Change or Diversity in Tech or STEM.  We ensure that the training is not just a one-off with the potential to dissipate quickly but a sustainable growth in understanding in your teams.

Effective ED&I Progammes

We understand that doing little bits that can feel like tick box exercises can be counterproductive. We would much prefer to help you build sustainable programmes to ensure inclusivity in your workplace. That way, your efforts will be effective, recruitment will be inclusive and diverse, and when you have attracted great teams, we'll help you keep them.

Changing Cultures

Sometimes it is company or organisational culture which means that you lose talented people. We can survey your teams, understand the blockers, and help to define plans to establish change. We'll ensure that you have enough analysis, have a vision for the future and that you can act for positive change.

We have been teaching and training people about Unconscious Bias since the beginning of this century. We regularly speak on the subject to large and small audiences across the UK and Europe and published a book with chapters on Unconscious Bias in 2021.
