COURSE OVERVIEW

Sexual Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace

Everyone has the right to work in an environment where they are respected, valued and feel safe. Any form of discrimination or harassment is unacceptable from a moral and legal standpoint and yet it still goes on in some organisations. People cannot make their best contribution if they are working in fear of harassment or bullying. The impact of this behaviour can be catastophic for individuals. This course will help attendees understand the differences between harassment and bullying, how to identify it and actions to take to prevent it from happening within the workplace.
