TECTRE: Passionate About Diversity

COURSE OVERVIEW

Techniques for attracting and retaining women in Technology

This workshop is aimed at a single company. The concept is part facilitated strategy development day and part education and training. The subject matter is how to attract and retain diverse groups, particularly in the field of Science Technology, Engineering and Maths, (STEM), but really, any organisation looking to increase attraction of a given group of future employees would benefit from this session.  We look at processes underlying recruitment, and all aspects of retention to ensure you keep those precious employees once they have been recruited.   Participants will walk away with an understanding of strategy, pertinent to their own organisation, and tactics to increase amd keep the numbers of an under-represented group.
