Naz leads recruitment for Tectre and occasionally trains for us too. She has extensive experience of successfully supporting clients with their D&I policies and Positive Action Campaigns, ultimately adding value to the recruitment process and enhancing a company’s culture for the better. She is also a diversity & inclusion coach with the ability to improve retention & innovation within Tech Teams.
Over her decade long career, Naz has worked as a trainer, manager and recruiter. This includes working with FDM, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Aveva & Esteem.
Naz brings her positive attitude and fresh perspective to the Tectre Team and our diversity training.
