Unmanaged biases with the broader team can lead to poor workplace cultures and uncomfortable interactions. This brief introduction to Unconscious Bias for large groups can be used to enlighten your workforce about the concept and context of bias. With engaging excercises we aim to challenge people's beliefs about sexism, racism, agism, homophobia and ablism.
We have added this offering onto our website as we are aware of a demand for short bursts of Unconscious Bias education. However any Unconscious Bias training or workshop will only be effective if it forms part of a concerted corss-organisational effort on Diversity and Inclusion.
