A half-day session to illuminate the board on the implications of unconscious bias and microbehaviours at work in the organisation and how that can be detrimental to the bottom line, profit and innovation within the company. We work with the board beforehand to ensure that information which is brought to the table during the session is entirely pertinent to your organisation. We use the information to enlighten the board on potential issues around the lack of diversity where it is evident. The session includes action planning. All of the topics in the Unconscious Bias for Managers course will be covered in some detail in this session.
This runs as an online or face-to-face course for a specific company.
We also run scheduled open courses where we welcome individuals from a variety of organisations.

We are happy to run this session as a one-to-one with CEOs and leaders of organisations. In our experience a two-hour session is appropriate in this case. This gives ample time to explore the statistics from the home organisation and what these mean in terms of deriving the benefits of diverse working populations.
