This course brings your managers together to support each other through their learning and by including your organisation's information and statistics we can tailor content specifically for your organisation. We also include an 'action planning' session to ensure that you have a way to move forward with your activities around Unconscious Bias and diversity at the end of the training session.

Delegates will be challenged to understand their own biases, will be enlightened about the consequences of naturally held biases and will be encouraged to use techniques to recognise and counter biases in the workplace and in everyday life.
