Introduction to Diversity & Inclusion


The evidence demonstrating that a diverse workforce makes companies more innovative, more productive, better places to work and more focussed on customers undeniable. Organisations need to be actively progresing diversity programmes and policies to get the very best from their business and to create a working environment where everyone can reach their full potential.


This course provides a deep understanding of what diversity and inclusion means, why organisations should be paying attention to it as well as practical advice on how to improve and incorporate diversity and inclusion in all areas of business.


Who Should Attend

This course is applicable to anyone who wants to:


  • Understand the impact of embracing diversity and inclusion for a workplace
  • Make changes to their organisation to enhance the diversity and inclusion


This course runs as an online or face-to-face course for a specific company. We normally suggest group size should be no more than 12-14 to maximise time for discussion and exploration of attitudes.

  • Exploring what can get in the way of progress
  • Discovering possibilities for change
  • Implementing change within your organisation

This runs as an online or face-to-face course for a specific company.

 

Course Length

Half day. This course can be tailored to your specific needs.  


One-to-One for CEOs and MDs

We are happy to run this session as a one-to-one with CEOs and leaders of organisations.  In our experience a two hour session is appropriate in this case. This gives ample time to explore the statistics from the home organisation and what these mean in terms of deriving the benefits of diverse working populations.
